Auctioneer Doyle New York, Pardoe Real Estate team up

Doyle New York, an auctioneer and appraiser company, and Pardoe Real Estate ERA, a real estate firm, have announced the formation of a strategic marketing alliance.
The new relationship provides the clients of both companies with the convenience of Pardoe's real estate capabilities combined with Doyle's expert appraisal and auction services. As part of the alliance, Doyle has opened a regional office in Pardoe's Georgetown branch located at 2828 Pennsylvania Ave. in Washington, D.C.

In October, Doyle and Pardoe will begin a series of free monthly appraisal days by appointment at Pardoe's offices throughout the metropolitan Washington area. Auction evaluations for jewelry, fine art, furniture, and decorations will be provided by Doyle's team of appraisers. The first appraisal day will take place at the Georgetown office on Oct. 18 and will be followed by Pardoe's Bethesda office on Nov. 15.
Located in New York City, Doyle offers approximately forty sales each year featuring fine art, jewelry, furniture, decorations, and a variety of other products. Property from prominent Washington area collections and estates is regularly auctioned in Doyle's New York salesrooms.
Pardoe Real Estate ERA is a luxury home specialist in the Washington metropolitan area. All Pardoe agents possess a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry and local real estate trends, and can assist clients and customers in making sound real estate decisions.
