The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Plaza 9, a six-story, 109,873 SF office building, and Aspen Corporate Park, a two-building, 45,490 SF office complex, in Woodbridge, N.J. Edward A. Home, director, will handle these assignments on behalf of the Schultz Organization.

Houlihan/Lawrence has been appointed as the exclusive sales agent for the Sutton Farm luxury home subdivision in Chappaqua, N.Y. Barbara Brown will handle this assignment on behalf of Houlihan/Lawrence.

Goldschmidt & Associates has been appointed as the exclusive sales agent for the following properties:

* 340 Ardsley Road, a three-story, 4,350 SF office building in Scarsdale, N.Y.;

* 119 North Main St., a 4,270 SF retail center in Port Chester, N.Y.

* 81 Croton Ave., a four-story, 32,000 SF former school building in Ossining, N.Y.

Adelaide Polsinetti, senior executive broker, at Besen & Associates Inc. has been awarded the exclusive of a collection of nine buildings in the heart of Chelsea. The brownstones are located between Eighth, Ninth and Tenth Avenues and include 99 residential units and one commercial unit.
