Baby firm settles on 218,700 SF space

Sheldon Gross Realty Inc. announced that LaJobi Industries has signed 218,700 SF lease at 251 Prospect Plains Road in Cranbury, N.J.
The company, a baby furniture distributor and retailer, will utilize this facility for its warehouse ant distribution needs. Key store Property Trust is the owner of this building.
Sheldon Gross Realty Inc. vice president Jonathan Glick, Marcy Gross and Robert Bowman, represented the tenant, LaJobi Industries, in this transaction.
"We have been working with LaJobi Industries for a number of years," said Jonathan Glick, "and we are very pleased to have concluded this significant transaction for the company and to have met all of its occupancy and bottom-line objectives."
