JEMB Realty announced that Kevin J. Driscoll has been appointed as general manager for 75 Broad St. in downtown Manhattan. In his new position, Driscoll will be responsible for the building's entire management team.
Driscoll has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate.
He holds a B.S. in economics from the New York Maritime Academy. Driscoll is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives and the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association.
