Howard Levine, President/CEO of ARCS Commercial Mortgage Co., announced the closing of $6,166,000 in financing for the Peachtree Park Apartments, a 303-unit property in Atlanta, GA.
Built in 1969, Peachtree Park Apartments underwent a major internal and external restoration project in 1995. Peachtree Park is a garden style complex on 21.5 acres. Common area amenities include a central leasing office/clubhouse, two outdoor pools, weight room, tanning bed, carwash, 1/4 mile walking trail and a clothes care center.
The loan was originated by ARCS' Calabasas Hills Office. The loan was for a 10 year term/30 year amortization at a rate of 5.44%.
