Howard Prop. joins CORFAC

Howard Properties, Ltd. has been accepted as an affiliate member of Corporate Facility Advisors (CORFAC International), an alliance of commercial real estate firms serving 80 markets worldwide.
"The relationship with CORFAC International will widen our firm's network for inbound and outbound national business," said Howard Greenberg, the firm's president. "It will also increase our access to education on industry trends and our knowledge of how technology can be used to increase and manage our business."
"Firms are invited to join CORFAC International based on their integrity, knowledge, creativity, and service to clients," said CORFAC president Gary Wilson, SIOR, of Pittsburgh's Langholz-Wilson & Associates.

Last year, the member firms of CORFAC International completed more than 6,000 transactions worldwide, encompassing 215 million SF of commercial real estate, valued at $6.5 billion.
