Racanelli wins storage contracting bids

Racanelli Construction Company, a construction management, general contracting, and design-build firm, has been awarded contracts to construct three facilities for Public Storage, Inc. The projects include a two-story, climate-controlled building and single-story, uncontrolled climate storage structure in Middletown, N.J., with an estimated value of $3,475,903; a two-story, climate-controlled building and three single-story storage structures in Old Bridge, N.J., with an estimated value of $3,855,587; and a one-story, climate-controlled building and four single-story storage structures at Howell, N.J., with an estimated value of $3,118,510.

Racanelli is serving as general contractor on all of the projects, providing all labor, materials, equipment, and project supervision required to successfully complete the construction.

The projects are slated for completion by January 2001.
