Resident screening innovator tapped to serve state's biggest community
Real Estate Weekly, Oct 26, 2005
On-Site.com, the leading resident screening innovator, has been selected to deliver integrated online leasing and management technology to Northern California's largest residential community, The Villas Parkmerced, at 3711 Nineteenth Ave. in San Francisco, announced Jake Harrington, business development manager for On-Site.com.
On-Site.com's service immediately screens new applicants, and tracks traffic. The site also generates lease documents, while offering landlords an integrated debt-collection service. In addition, applicants are capable of applying for rentals online.
The Villas Parkmerced has over 3,200 apartments and was recently sold to a New York investor group for a record-breaking $700 million last month.

"The right technology makes a big difference, particularly for large-scale developments," Harrington said. "We empower property managers to make better informed decisions and have introduced a new level of efficiency to apartment leasing."
The Villas Parkmerced is the latest mega-community in California to switch to On-Site.com for online leasing and management.
Also on On-Site.com's client list is the region's largest complex, Park La Brea, comprising nearly 4,300-units in downtown Los Angeles and managed by PLB Management, as well as Westlake Village with 2,983 apartments in Daly City and managed by Gerson Bakar Associates.
