Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc. arranged a 10-year, 10,000 SF lease on behalf of the American Jewish World Services at 45 W. 36th St., a 12-story, 120,000 SF office building. Dennis T. Katsoulis, on Newmark, was the broker in the transaction.

Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc. arranged a 10-year, 7,887 SF expansion and renewal lease on behalf Mark Tucker, Inc. at 1370 Ave. of the Americas. Newmark's Chris Mongeluzo represented the tenant in the transaction.

The Hunter Realty Organization, LLC has arranged a 10-year, 9,800 SF lease at 180 Madison Ave. for Riviera Trading. Richard Selig, Peter Sabesan, and Alan Sinovsky represented the tenant in the transaction.

GHP Office Realty announced the following transactions:

* Norseland signed a 15,000 SF lease at 1290 East Main St. in Stamford, Conn.

* Datalan signed a 14,500 SF lease at 170 Hamilton Ave. in White Plains, N.Y. John Hannigan, of Choyce Peterson, represented the tenant in the transaction.

W&M Properties announced that O'Connor Davies Munns & Dobbins, LLP signed a 10-year, 11,214 SF lease at 500 Mamaroneck Ave. in White Plains, N.Y. Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, JoAnn B. McGrath, vice president of leasing and marketing, and Laurie A. Wade, senior leasing associate, represented the landlord in the transaction. John R. McCarthy, of McCarthy O'Callaghan, represented the tenant.

O'Connor Davies Munns & Dobbins plans to utilize the space as its headquarters.

Reckson Associates Realty Corp. announced that Aramis Inc., an Estee Lauder Company, signed a long-term, 140,000 SF lease at 1516 Motor Parkway in Hauppage, N.Y.

Grotto & Associates, Inc. announced that PKF PC signed a lease at 29 Broadway in Manhattan. Joseph A. Grotto, chairman of J. Grott & Associates, Inc., represented the tenant in the transaction. Roy J. Bernstein served as the attorney for the tenant, while Richard H. Berney, of Fishbein Badillo Wagner Harding, represented the owner.

Binswanger/Klatskin announced that Semlatec, a division of Teleflex, signed a long-term lease at 755 Central Ave. in Murray Hill, N.J. David Knee, executive vice president of the Teterboro office of Binswanger/Klatskin, and Robert Boyle, vice president of the Philadelphia office, represented the tenant in the transaction.

The company will utilize this space for manufacturing and general office purposes.

Gale & Wentworth announced that Novartis Consumer Health, Inc. pre-leased 143,000 SF of class "A" office space at 200 Kimball Drive in Parsippany, N.J. Tim Conklin and Rick Genthe, vice presidents of Gale & Wentworth, represented the landlord in the transaction. Christopher G. Fitzpatrick, senior vice president of Novartis Consumer Heath, Inc., and Richard Johnson, Frank DiMaria, and Robert Klausner, of Matrix Development, represented the tenant.

NAI/James E. Hanson, Inc. announced a 79,750 SF, long-term lease on behalf of Airborne Express at 50 Lackawanna Drive in Parsippany, N.J. Kenneth Lundberg, SIOR, senior vice president of NAI/ James B. Hanson, represented the tenant in the transaction. Howard Weinberg, of Colliers Houston, represented the building owner, Delay Realty Corp.

The company will utilize this space as a warehouse/distribution center.
