Real Estate Weekly, Oct 31, 2001
The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph Aquino of Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd., along with senior retail consultant, Ferne Glanzrock, have been appointed exclusive agent for prime retail space at 2151 Broadway, between 75th and 76th Streets, on the westside.
It is presently Cosmetics Plus. The store has frontage of approximately 40 feet, with approximately 4,050 SF on the ground level and approximately 1,500 SF basement level. The space is divisible.
This Upper West Side neighborhood has always been a great place to live ," declares Aquino, managing director, "But now, it is also becoming an incredible place to shop. I've never seen anything like it!"
Consolo continues, "The neighboring retailers are a long and exciting list and new stores are opening all the time. This area just gets better and better. First of all there's Papyrus, Gazoontite, The Body Shop, Neuhaus, Lechters, and Eye to Eye in the same building as Cosmetic; Plus. Then, moving along, one will also find Sephora, Skechers, Cohen's Fashion Optical, Jeffrey Stein Salon West,
Jean Louis David, The Children's Place, Fishs Eddy, A T & T Cellular, GNC, La Brea, and Pildes Optical all in the immediate area.
Really, if you live here, you don't have to go anywhere else. If you don't, you might want to visit - to find out what you're missing."
