Modell's moves to Woodbridge

Modell's, the region's leading retailer of sporting goods, accessories, related apparel and footwear, has signed a lease for a new retail location in Woodbridge, NJ, according to Jeff Lagowitz, managing director at Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC.
The new 14,294-SF location at Woodbridge Crossing, a new retail development by Forest City Ratner Companies is under construction on Route I North at Green Street, and will place Modell's in the heart of one of the top retail markets in New Jersey. Modell's will join The Great Indoors, Circuit City and Linen N Things among other national retailers at Woodbridge Crossing.
Robert K. Futterman & Associates represented 15% of the tenants at the Woodbridge Crossing Shopping Center.
