NAI James E. Hanson, Inc. has been appointed as the exclusive sales agent for the following properties:
* 350 Industrial Highway, a 13.4-acre land site in Fords, N.J.;
* 418-450 Schuyler Ave., a 19.5-acre land site in Kearny, N.J.
Ken Lundberg and Michael Walters will handle this assignment on behalf of NAI James E. Hanson.
The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Sayrebrook Towne Center, a 162,000 SF shopping center in Parlin, N.J. Kathleen Hawley will handle this assignment on behalf of the Schultz Organization.
Susan B. Anthony, Inc. has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 36-40 Gansevoort St., a two-story, 25,000 SF property in New York City. Susan B. Anthony will handle this assignment.
Trammell Crow Company has been appointed as the exclusive sublease agent for 330 Waterloo Valley Road, a 101,315 SF industrial facility in Mount Olive, N.J. James Postell, senior vice president, Matt McDonough, senior vice president, and Joseph Mastracchio, associate, will handle this assignment on behalf of Trammell Crow.
Sinvin Realty Corp. has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 132 Perry St., a 6,600 SF retail facility in New York City. Bruce Sinder and Roxanne Betesh will handle the assignment on behalf of Sinvin Realty.
