Denholtz Associates announced that Stenotech, Inc. has signed a 10,000 SF renewal lease at 20-22 Just Road in Fairfield, N.J. Steven Geltzeiler, director of leasing with Denholtz Associates, served as the broker in the transaction.

GVA Williams announced that Equinox Fitness has signed a 30,000 SF lease at 72 Heights in Darien, Conn. Scott Lifschultz and Cory Gubner, of GVA Williams, represented the landlord in the transaction.

Trinity Real Estate announced that NTV International has signed a 16,474 SF lease at 304 Hudson St. in New York City. Jason Pizer, of Trinity Real Estate, represented the landlord in the transaction. David Badner and Norman Bobrow represented the tenant.

Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Inc. announced that Roche Bobois has signed a 28,000 SF lease at 200 Madison Ave. in New York City. Faith Hope Consolo, vice chairman of Garrick-Aug, and Joseph A. Aquino, managing director, represented both parties in the transaction.

Insignia/ESG announced that Cradle Holdings, Inc. has signed a. 10-year, 7,784 SF lease at 12 W. 57th St. in New York City. Robert Baraf and Allison Winters, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction. Steven Pressler represented the landlord.

Colliers ABR, Inc. announced that Where Magazine has signed a 16,000 SF sublease at 79 Madison Ave. in New York City. Nicola M. Heryet and Neil Lipinski, of Colliers ABR, represented the tenant in the transaction. Andrew H. Ross and Perry Mesmer, of GVA Williams, represented the sub-landlord.

Sage Group Associates announced that the Carnegie Corporation of New York has signed a 35,650 SF lease at 437 Madison Ave. in New York City. Michael Lenchner and Gregory Gang, of Sage Group, represented the landlord in the transaction. Mary Ann Tighe, of CB Richard Ellis, and Gregory Tosco, Ken Meyerson, and David Hollander, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Posner Advertising has signed a 20,500 SF lease at 30 Broad St. in New York City. David Glassman, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Lilith has signed a 10-year, 2,350 SF lease at 227 Mulberry St. in New York City. Eric Le Goff, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction.

T. Weiss Realty Corp. announced that National City Mortgage has signed a 3,250 SF lease at its 532 Broadhollow Corporate Center building in Melville, N.Y. Bob Solomine, of NMI, served as the broker in the transaction.

T. Weiss Realty Corp. announced that Claire Koch, MD has signed a 3,200 SF lease at its 850 Fulton St. building in Farmingdale, N.Y.

T. Weiss Realty Corp. announced that Coach Realtors has signed a 3,250 SF lease at its 1160 E. Jericho Turnpike building in Huntington, N.Y.

Sinvin Realty Corp. announced that Henro Antiques has signed a 10-year, 10,000 SF lease at 66 Crosby St. in New York City. Sinvin Realty served as the broker in the transaction.

Goldschmidt & Associates announced that the Dollar Saver has signed a 2,700 SF lease at CVS-Rout 6 Plaza in Mohegan Lake, N.Y. Goldschmidt & Associates represented the landlord in the transaction.

Cushman & Wakefield announced the following transactions:

* Altana Pharma has signed a 37,000 SF lease at 200-230 Park Ave. in Florham Park, N.J. Jeffrey Heller and Justin Gingeleskie, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord in the transaction;

* New Century Mortgage has signed a 15,348 SF lease at Blue Hill Plaza in Pearl River, N.Y. Jeffrey Heller represented the tenant in the transaction. Carol McGuire and Michael Grossman represented the landlord in the transaction;

* New York Life Insurance Company has signed a 2,000 SF lease at 399 Thornall St. in Edison, N.J. Jeffrey Heller represented the tenant in the transaction. Brian Banaszynski represented the landlord;
