Development nears completion

The third phase of the Mews at Annandale, a rental community in the historic Clinton township, is nearing completion. Owner/developer Kushner Companies expects the 24 duplexes in Phase 3 to be ready for occupancy by mid-October. According to Stewart Epstein, chief operating officer of the company, half of the units under construction are already leased. "Our newest tenants are looking forward to enjoying the remainder of fall in this picturesque setting," he noted.
Located on a hillside bordering the Beaver Brook, The Mews at Annandale includes 175 two-bedroom duplexes, offering 1,226 SF on two levels. A future phase will also offer three-bedroom units. The community is situated in the heart of Hunterdon county, just one minute away from Interstate 78, with superb highway access to New York City and Pennsylvania The Annandale Train Station offers an easy commute to Newark, Hoboken, and Penn Station. The Mews at Annandale features ample, well-lit parking, with private garages available for many of the units. The community will also eventually include a playground and attractively landscaped grounds. Traditional-looking, elegant exteriors on the buildings complement the area's historic charm and natural beauty.
Each home offers a modem kitchen, the latest GE appliances, generous closets, wall-to-wall carpeting, central gas heat and air conditioning, high-speed internet and cable wiring, and a private patio.
