GVA Williams of Connecticut announced that HSBC Bank USA has signed a lease to open a bank branch at One City Place at City Center in White Plains, NY. City Center is a 1.1 million-square-foot retail, entertainment and residential complex located in the heart of downtown White Plains. The bank will occupy a 4,670s/f space which is under construction.
They are building out a premiere branch which will cater to high net worth customers. Scott Lifschultz, executive vice president, and David Szabo, vice president, represented HSBC Bank, USA, National Association in this transaction. Quinn Commercial Properties LLC represented the landlord, City Center Residential, LLC. GVA Williams is HSBC's exclusive broker in Westchester County and the state of Connecticut.
