Itzhaki Properties
Real Estate Weekly, Nov 26, 2008
Heather Payne has joined Itzhaki Properties after working for a boutique real estate development firm. She was involved in deal sourcing and acquisitions. She has had the unique experience of searching out new projects through the developer's mindset. This gives her an edge in today's competitive market.
Prior to her career in real estate Heather spent over 16 years traveling the world as a successful fashion model working with the top designers in the industry. After living in numerous European cities she knew that New York City was where she wanted to call home. Originally from Toronto she has kept an apartment in the West Village for 15 years, loving the uniqueness and vibrancy of the neighborhood. For Heather, finding herself in real estate has been a very natural fit. She became involved through designing and overseeing the construction of several single family mansions in New Jersey, designing and managing the renovation of townhouses on the Upper East Side and most recently she sold a seven story building on the Lower East Side and designed all of the new condominium units for the project. Payne currently works with her clients understanding their changing needs and finding them investment properties and exciting development opportunities.
