CBRE arranges retail financing

James Gunning and Donna Falzarano of CB Richard Ellis Debt & Equity Finance procured $3.5 million in permanent financing, on behalf of T & JK Associates, for the acquisition of Town Square Shopping Center, a 38,836 s/f retail shopping center located at 343-351 Matawan Road in Matawan, New Jersey.
"The lender offered a competitive interest rate and the deal was executed as expected," stated Gunning. "The borrower was very satisfied with the terms of the loan and looks forward to their new banking relationship with Columbia Bank."
Town Square Shopping Center is a strip-style retail center offering a variety of retailers including located directly opposite Parkway 120, a 212,000 s/f Class-A office building.
