Douglas H. Haynes, president of Alexander Summer, LLC, announces that Thomas Ryan, vice president, has successfully completed a land assembly assignment on behalf of Oak Knoll School of Summit, NJ, which had been searching for expanded recreational facilities for their students. The private co-ed school serves grades K-6 and girls only for grades 6-12. The sports program consists of soccer, lacrosse, track, softball and tennis. Oak Knoll previously only had one facility which was not regulation size, and as a result, the school had concerns about its students potentially enrolling in other schools with better facilities.

Understanding the needs of Oak Knoll, Thomas Ryan of Alexander Summer was able to assemble a 6.2- and 5.2-acre land parcel along Green Village Road for Oak Knoll to use as athletic fields. Located in Chatham Township within five miles of the school, these land parcels will enable the community to avoid commercial development on these sites and have them preserved as green acres. A sharing agreement is also in the works, whereby the town will also be permitted to utilize these tracts for recreational purposes. "The successful completion of the Oak Knoll School assignment is a true reflection of our strengths in dealing with the complexities of a land assemblage assignment," said Ryan.

Delphine Realty has recently structured and negotiated the deconversion and sale of a 62-unit cooperative apartment building at 565 Fulton Street in Hempstead, NY for $2.025 million.
