A/R Environetics, an architectural design and interior planning company, is offering businesses displaced from the World Trade Center tragedy free pre-lease services to assist them and their real estate consultants with their office re-location needs.
"A/R Environetics has been a part of the New York City business community for over 40 years and my partners and I are trying to do our part to help this great city get back on its feet," commented Donald White, managing principal, A/R Environetics.
Pre-lease services include four vital steps to assist a client in deciding whether a space will work for their business needs. The steps include: Programming where decisions are made about the needs of a business; space analysis which consists of site visitations and square-footage evaluation; space planning which entails the development of fit-study drawings to illustrate how the space would be occupied; and project budget estimating.
