Carlton Advisory Services has been appointed as the exclusive financing agent for 25 Broadway, a 22-story office tower in New York City.

Sinvin Realty Corp. has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 132 Perry St., a 6,600 SF retail facility in New York City. Bruce Sinder and Roxanne Betesh will handle the assignment on behalf of Sinvin Realty.

The Lansco Corporation has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for retail space at 180 Mulberry St. in New York City. The building contains approximately 400 SF of available space.

Greiner-Maltz has been appointed as the exclusive sales agent for 5-25 46th Ave., a 46,000 SF warehouse with a paved yard in Queens, N.Y. Larry Reiff, senior director, will handle this assignment on behalf of Greiner-Maltz.

Insignia/ESG has been appointed as an exclusive leasing agent for 600 West Ave. in Stamford, Conn. The building contains approximately 66,000 SF of available warehouse space. Paul Jacobs and Joe Moody will handle this assignment on behalf of Insignia/ESG.

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company has been appointed as the exclusive sales agent for a 75,000 SF mixed-use building in New York City. Richard Tola and Peter Von Der Ahe will handle this assignment on behalf of Marcus & Millichap.

Newmark Real Estate has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 400 Raritan Center Parkway, an 80,390 SF industrial facility, and 300 Columbus Circle, a 122,862 SF property in Edison, N.J. Paul E. Giannone, Douglas Bansbach, Richard Pinho, and Robert Casagrande will handle these assignments on behalf of Newmark Real Estate.

Newmark Real Estate has been appointed as the exclusive sales and leasing agent for 2200 Cottontail Lane, a 53,000 SF office building in Franklin, N.J. Paul E. Giannone, James Scanlong, and Kevin Carton will handle this assignment on behalf of Newmark Real Estate.

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for One Gateway Center, a 466,919 SF office building in Newark, N.J. Jeffrey Heller, Justin Gingeleskie, and Jeremy Neuer will handle this assignment on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield.

The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide has been appointed as the exclusive subleasing agent for the following properties:

* A 20,909 SF store in Neptune City, N.J.;

* A 14,227 SF store in Plainfield, N.J.;

* A 12,000 SF store in Raritan, N.J.;

* A 3,900 SF store in Dumont, N.J.

Steven Winters and Kathleen Hawley will handle these assignments on behalf of the Schultz Organization.

Massey Knakal Realty Services has been appointed as the exclusive sales agent for the following properties:

* 432 W. 22nd St., a four-story, 4,200 SF townhouse in New York City;

* 43 Perry St., a 5,100 SF townhouse in New York City.
