Clayman team closes 87 deals
Real Estate Weekly, Nov 6, 2002
Brown Harris Stevens has announced that Elaine Clayman, along with her team of seven specialists, has closed 87 transactions in the first three quarters of 2002. Furthermore, she is finalizing 20 deals with contracts out, leading to an equally lucrative 4th quarter.
This figure marks Clayman's team as the top selling group thus far this year, a record she has held for years 2000 and 2001. From townhouses to storage units, Clayman's group shines as the most successful and flourishing faction at Brown Harris Stevens.
Clayman's innovative sales strategy and commitment to her customers underline her countless achievements. She strives to meet client objectives by providing extraordinary service and support to both buyers and sellers of residential properties.
Clayman and her team provide clients who are selling their residences with a thorough analysis of market trends. She then develops a detailed marketing plan with suggestions on how to enhance property features to maximize interest and price.
"Elaine's command of residential real estate is what elevates her to this thriving level," said Hall Willkie, president of Brown Harris Stevens residential sales. "She is remarkably intuitive and understands the business, pace, and emotion inherent in New York City real estate."
Clayman's projects continue to move at a record pace, despite today's uncertain economy. With over 20 functioning exclusives, and at least 20 transactions pending at any giving time, including bidding wars and board approvals, Clayman oversees numerous deals from start to finish. Her signature approach is personal, "hands-on" and unrelentingly thorough.
Clayman's entrepreneurial spirit has helped her evolve a seven member team into a powerful assemblage of specialists. Along with her strong and savvy colleagues, she has consistently been a leader in residential real estate since joining Brown Harris Stevens in 1999. For calendar year 2001, Clayman closed 94 deals.
