AGENTS

GVA Williams has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 7 Ridgedale Ave. in Cedar Knolls, N.J. The property is a 62,000 SF, class "A" office building. David Simson, president, and Joe Boiseau, director, will handle this assignment on behalf of GVA Williams.

Rose Associates, Inc. has been named as the managing agent for One Fifth Ave. and 420 E. 51st St. in New York City. The buildings are 189-unit and 110-unit luxury apartment complexes.

SALES

In a transaction valued at approximately $620,000, the property at 37-4376th St. in the Jackson Heights section of Queens has been sold, according to a report from Paul 3. Massey, CEO of Massey Knakal Realty Services.

The property is a three-story residential building, containing approximately 3,250 SF. Simon Snyder, director of sales for Massey Knakal's Queens office, and Ted Donovan, managing director, represented both parties in the transaction.

David Cronheim Mortgage Corporation announced the sale of Ferry Station Apartments in Camden, N.J. The 556-unit apartment complex recently underwent a major renovation. Robert Kremp, of David Cronheim Mortgage Corporation, represented the seller in the transaction.

The RJ Group announced the following transactions:

* The sale of 142 Henry St., a nine-story loft building, for $2.8 million. Richard D. Ferguson, managing director of the RJ Group, represented the buyer in the transaction. Adam Mordechai, of Brad Swett, represented the seller.

* The sale of 29 Prince St., a vacant land parcel, for $1.38 million.
