Element Re Capital Products Inc. has leased 9,637 SF at 100 First Stamford Place in Stamford, Conn.
Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, JoAnn B. McGrath, vice president of leasing and marketing, and Kathleen A. Caracappa, senior leasing associate, represented the landlord in the transaction. Paul Kauffman and Stephen Baker, of Cushman & Wakefield of Conn., Inc., represented the landlord.
The Hay Group, Inc. signed a five-year, 4,949 SF lease renewal at MerrittView in Norwalk, Conn. Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, JoAnn B. McGrath, vice president of leasing and marketing, and Kathleen A. Caracappa, senior leasing associate, represented the landlord in the transaction. Carolyn Ugiss, president of Corporate Property Consultants Inc., represented the tenant.
Professional Realty announced the following transactions:
* Tri State Financial signed a three-year, 1,000 SF lease at 16 River St. in Norwalk, Conn. Mike DiProspero and Larry Katz, of the Professional Realty, represented both parties in the transaction.
* Craig's Auto Repair signed a five-year lease at 181 New Canaan Ave. in Norwalk, Conn. Mike DiProspero represented the landlord, Consumer Petroleum, while Larry Katz represented the tenant.
Yellow Book USA signed a 30,375 SF lease at EAB Plaza in Uniondale, N.Y. Insignia/ESG's Theodore Sasso, Edward Fitzsimons, and Edward Taggart represented the landlord in the transaction. Jones Lang LaSalle and Alliance Partners represented the tenant.
Magno Sound and Video, Inc. signed a 58,800 SF renewal lease at 729 Seventh Ave. in New York City. Robert L. Freedman, of GVA Williams, represented Magno in the transaction. Robert I. Shapiro, of City Center Real Estate, represented the landlord, Himmel Meringoff.
Chase Commercial/TCN Worldwide announced that The Vitamin Shoppe, Inc. signed a 4,000 SF lease at Poughkeepsie Plaza in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. Chase Commercial/TCN Worldwide represented the tenant in the transaction.
Hunter. Realty Organization, LLC announced that Summitt Systems signed a lease for 35,000 SF of fully built-out space at 233 Broadway in New York City. Gregory Kraut, corporate managing director of the Hunter Realty Organiztion, represented the tenant in the transaction.
Robert K. Futterman & Associates announced that White Castle restaurant signed a 10-year, 3,000 SF lease at 33 West Fordham Road in the Bronx. Barry Fishbach, executive vice president, and Richard Senior, associate at Robert K. Futterman & Associates, represented both parties in the transaction.
