Interior Contracting completes project
Real Estate Weekly, Nov 14, 2001
Scott Stein, president of Interior Contracting Corporation, reported the company has recently completed a 4,000 SF interior renovation project on behalf of Chase Manhattan Mortgage at Plaza 9 in Woodbridge, N.J.
The class "A" office building is owned by Ivy Equities. Jarmel Kizel Architects and Engineers, Inc., of Livingston, N.J., was the architect for this space design. Chase Manhattan Mortgage also occupies space on the fourth floor of Plaza 9.
This new space was completed on a fast track construction schedule and included new drywall partitions, ceilings, light fixtures, and carpeting.
"It has been an absolute pleasure working with Ivy Equities and Jarmel Kizel to satisfy the expansion needs of Chase Manhattan Mortgage," stated Glenn Korman, project manager.
