Colonial Group Ltd. based. in Larchmont, N.Y. has placed a $4,000,000 mortgage on Diplomat Towers, a cooperative apartment building located at 200 Diplomat Drive in Mount Kisco, N.Y.
The property consists of two separate eight-story towers built in 1970 with a total of 226 units, located on more than 8 acres of land. It was converted to cooperative ownership in 1984.
The fixed-rate loan, which carries a 7.96% interest rate, runs for 10 years. The loan was negotiated by Jerry Kaidanow a principal of Colonial Group.
