NYARM Lunch

Nov. 20 -- The New York Association of Realty Managers, NYARM, holds its monthly membership meeting, starting with a pre-lunch LEARNING SESSION from 11 a.m. to noon with a practical approach to OSHA presented in depth by a panel. Subject material will be geared towards apartment building resident managers, property managers, superintendents, professionals and vendors who have an interest in this aspect of building management. Followed by the popular noon to 1 p.m. open bar networking featuring consulting booths manned by professionals versant in OSHA answering questions one-on-one. Energy Buyers Forum Panel

Nov. 20 -- The New York Energy Buyers Forum will hold panel discussion, entitled "Catching the Next Wave of Change: How FERC's Standard Market Design Could Affect Your Bottom Line," from 8:45 to 11 a.m. Scott Miller, of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Bill Museler, CEO of NY Independent System Operator, Chris DeGraffenreid, director of NY Power Authority, Brian Hayduk, vice president of Constellation NewEnergy, and Terry Kain, of Keyspan Ravenswood Generating Plant, will participate in the discussion.
