NYARM Lunch

Nov. 20 -- The New York Association of Realty Managers, NYARM, holds its monthly membership meeting, starting with a pre-lunch LEARNING SESSION from 11 a.m. to noon with a practical approach to OSHA presented in depth by a panel. Subject material will be geared towards apartment building resident managers, property managers, superintendents, professionals and vendors who have an interest in this aspect of building management. Followed by the popular noon to 1 p.m. open bar networking featuring consulting booths manned by professionals versant in OSHA answering questions one-on-one. Luncheon from 1 to 2 p.m. with principal speaker Jeffrey A. Energy Buyers Forum Panel

Nov. 20 -- The New York Energy Buyers Forum will hold panel discussion, entitled "Catching the Next Wave of Change: How FERC's Standard Market Design Could Affect Your Bottom Line," from 8:45 to 11 a.m. Scott Miller, of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Bill Museler, CEO of NY Independent System Operator, Chris DeGraffenreid, director of NY Power Authority, Brian Hayduk, vice president of Constellation NewEnergy, and Terry Kain, of Keyspan Ravenswood Generating Plant, will participate in the discussion. Architect Awards Dinner

Triple Play Convention

Dec. 3-5 - The New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS[R] are sponsoring Triple Play. 2002 Convention and Trade Expo at the Atlantic City Convention Center, Atlantic City, N.J. State of Israel Bonds Lunch

Dec. 3 - State of Israel Bonds' Electrical Industries Division, a unit of its Real Estate and Construction Division, will honor Matthew Gold,

David I. Samuels, Alan S. Fishbone, and Douglas R. Griffith at a luncheon at 11:30 a.m. at the Grand Hyatt New York. Gold is president of Midtown Electric Supply Corp. Samuels and Fishbone are principals of the electrical contracting firm Robert B. Samuels Inc. Griffith is a business representative of Local Union No. 3 of the I.B.E.W. Howard Hirsch of Forest Electric Corp. and David Pinter of Zwicker Electric Co. are chairmen. Ambassador Alon Pinkas, Israel's Consul General in New York, is guest speaker.
