Dealtime.com leases at 475 Fifth

Marc G. Schauer, president of The Lawrence Group, LLC, announces that Dealtime.com LTD has subleased the entire second floor of 475 Fifth Avenue. The deal, totaling 15,666 square feet, was arranged by Brian Siegel, director of The Lawrence Group.

"The combination of exceptional building amenities and a convenient Midtown location makes this site perfect for Dealtime.com LTD," said Siegel. This marks Dealtime's first office in New York. It has been operating out of Connecticut up until now.

Situated at the corner of East 42nd Street and Fifth Avenue, 475 Fifth is within walking distance to Grand Central Station, the Port Authority Bus Terminal and several subway and bus lines.

Over the past year, The Lawrence Group has amassed a leasing portfolio of over 3.7 million square-feet of office space in the New York metropolitan area. Among the company's many properties are 32/42 Broadway, 39 Broadway, 150 Broadway, 67 Wall Street and its newest additions, 45 Broadway, 25 Broadway and One State Street Plaza.
