Houlihan Lawrence announced that Lorraine Schwarz has joined as a licensed salesperson in the firm's Scarsdale office. Schwarz began her career in 1981 as an equity analyst and was vice president at Salomon Brothers for 10 years before joining Wertheim Schroder as director. Deciding to make a career change, Schwarz earned her graduate degree in social work from New York University in 2003 and became a clinical social worker at Family & Community Services in Eastchester. In 2005, she co-founded Family and Community Counseling Center, a five person counseling center in Scarsdale. Schwarz graduated from Wesleyan University cum laude in 1977 and received a Masters in social work from New York University in June 2003.
