4 Roseland properties win NJAA awards

Four New Jersey rental properties owned and managed by Roseland Management were recently recognized for outstanding curbside appeal and quality construction by the New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA) during their annual Garden State Awards program held Oct. 3 at the Lafayette Yard Marriott in Trenton, NJ. The property awards capped a total of nine top honors bestowed on Roseland, which also captured NJAA's top honor, Management Company of the Year.
Roseland Management won four awards for "Excellence in Curb Appeal" for their Cedar Street Commons, Highlands at South Plainfield, Highlands at Westwood and Riverbend at Port Imperial Communities. The Riverbend community in West New York/Weehawken was also named "Best Property Built" between 1980 and 1999. The Cedar Street Commons community was also recognized for "Excellence in Providing Senior Housing."
Riverbend at Port Imperial was honored "Excellence in Curb Appeal -- High Rise Style" and "Best Property Built" between 1980 and 1999. This three-building community offers 512 luxury apartments complete with unending views of Manhattan's glittering skyline and the area's finest amenities. Riverbend is part of Port Imperial, an extraordinary 95-acre site along the Hudson River, spanning from Weehawken to West New York and mirroring Midtown Manhattan from 34th to 95th Streets. The Highlands at South Plainfield was honored for "Excellence in Curb Appeal -- Garden Style," for properties built between 2000 and 2002. The property features 252 new rental apartment homes situated in a park-like professionally landscaped setting located moments from Route 287 with an easy commute to New Brunswick, Morristown,. Edison, Princeton or New York City.
Cedar Street Commons was honored for both "Excellence in Curb Appeal -- Garden Style" for properties built between 1980 and 1999, and "Excellence in Providing Senior Housing." Cedar Street Commons is a 168-unit senior community in three low-rise buildings. Located in Livingston, N.J., this active adult community features organized social activities, a business center, bus transportation for shopping, and a clubroom. Completed in August 1996, the property is currently 100% occupied with a waiting list.
