RELA Breakfast
Dec. 10 -- The Real Estate Lenders Association will holds its monthly breakfast from 8 to 9 a.m. Kenneth J. Witkin, managing director of Fleet Real Estate Finance Group, will be the featured speaker at the event. The meeting will take place at the Sky Club, at 200 Park Ave. Members: free of charge. Building Congress Forum
Dec. 10 -- The New York Building Congress and NYC & Co. will host a wide-ranging policy forum concerning the future development of Manhattan's West Side. Featured speakers include Daniel L. Doctoroff, Deputy Mayor for Economic Development and Rebuilding, and New York Jets, LLC president L. Jay Cross. ABO Holiday Party

Jan. 16 -- The Greater New York Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) will hold their monthly luncheon featuring keynote speaker John Whitehead, chairman of the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, from 11:30 to 1:30 p.m. at The New York Helmsley Hotel, 212 East 42nd St. The cost is $65 and the event is open to both members and non-members.
