Hudson Valley Bank announced that Jerry L. Crispino has been appointed to its business development board.
Crispino is a retired New York State Supreme Court Justice. Prior to joining the bench, he served with the New York City Council. Crispino's past position include the post of the chairman of the land use committee of the New York City Council and the post of the Deputy Commissioner of the New York City Department of Real Estate.
Crispino holds a B.A. from Manhattan College and an L.L.B. from Fordham Law School.
