Construction Industry Breakfast
Dec. 14--The New York Building Congress will host a Construction Industry Breakfast Forum with Thomas J. Madison, Jr., acting commissioner, New York State Department of Transportation. YM/WREA Year End Luncheon
Dec. 14--The luncheon reserved for members only will be held at The University Club at 1 W. 54th St. in New York City at noon. Results of the 2006 Board of Governors' election will be announced and recipients of "The Young Man/Woman of the Year Award" and "Senior Real Estate Man/ Woman of the Year Award" will be introduced.

Mechanics' Institute
Jan. 10--Beginning in January of 2006, Mechanics' Institute will be offering a number of tuition-free evening courses in facilities management at 20 W. 44th St. in New York City.
