Aspen Publishers, Inc., a member of the international Wolters Kluwer Group, has signed a 12,117 SF lease for the entire 31st floor of 512 Seventh Ave.
Aspen, which serves the needs of legal, business and healthcare professionals, publishes more than 400 journals, newsletters, eletronic products and loose-leaf reference manuals, and has more than 1,000 books in print. The company will use the new space to house its growing sales force, currently located at 1185 Avenue of the Americas.
The tenant was exclusively represented by David Goldstein, senior managing director, Mitchell Steir, executive vice president and co-branch manager, and Matthew Barlow, executive managing director, of Julien J. Studley, Inc.'s Midtown office. The building owner was represented by Brian Waterman and Michael Dreizen of Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc.
