Adelaide Polsinelli, senior executive broker at Besen & Associates, and Carol Ann Flint, associate broker, represented the seller, New Rock Asset Partners. Charles Wertman, of Bienen, Seld & Wertman, represented the buyer in the transaction.

Massey, Jr., CEO of Massey Knakal Realty Services. The property is a four-story, 4,000 SF, apartment building. Robert A. Knakal, chairman of Massey Knakal, represented the seller in the transaction. The Corcoran Group represented the buyer.
Binswanger/Klatskin announced the sale of 2301 Cottontail Road, a 138,000 SF office/warehouse facility in Somerset, N.J. to Trans-City Inc. Charles Fern and Joel Lubin, executive vice presidents of Binswanger/Klatskin, represented the buyer in the transaction. Mike Markey, of Colliers Houston Co., represented the seller, Marubeni, Inc.
