First Quality Maintenance has been awarded an exclusive contract to provide cleaning and maintenance services at 132 W. 31st Street.

The building, formerly known as Penncom Plaza, is a 417,922 s/f office building conveniently located in the Penn Station area, a neighborhood renowned for its superior access to tri-state area transportation and home to department stores, hotels, and restaurants.

The property is also situated conveniently near Madison Square Garden and Penn Station.

Zamir Equities and C&K Properties plan to initiate a capital improvement program to upgrade the lobby and common areas. "The new owners of 132 W. 31st St. have grand plans for improving the property and we are happy to play a role in the plans," said Michael Rodriguez, president of First Quality Maintenance and its parent company, Alliance Building Services. Josh Zamir of Zamir Equities, said, "First Quality Maintenance has the best people in the industry. Their pricing is fair and they're a very service oriented company. If you need something, they are there to serve your building's needs."
