Six years and many miles later, Carlo Alessi was informed that his CEO, Chairman and greatest mentor had been offered a high level Federal Government appointment, and that he would be leaving his position. He requested that Carlo remain for an additional eighteen months to assist with the transition, at which time he would either be able to join him or remain in his current position. At that point in his life, Carlo felt that through the amplitude of his experiences, he was prepared and mature enough to govern his own destiny.
