CRESA Partners has appointed Cecilia A. Francis to the post of associate. Francis will provide site selection services, contract and lease negotiations and financial analysis to clients.
Most recently, Francis served as a real estate sales agent at Platinum Properties, where she maintained one of the highest closing rates and customer satisfaction levels within the company. Prior to entering real estate, she was a marketing and recruiting associate at Polytechnic University in Brooklyn and a research and marketing associate at City University of New York.
Francis, a New York State licensed real estate salesperson, graduated summa cure laude from St. Francis College with a bachelor of arts in psychology and is currently completing a master of arts in organizational behavior from Polytechnic University.
