Sheldon good & company auctions to hold auction Aug. 13

Sheldon Good & Company Auctions has been retained to sell at auction a diverse collection of attractive upscale homes, four-family buildings, and a 100% fully leased commercial building.

The auction will be held at 7 p.m. Aug. 13 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York at 42nd Street and Lexington Avenue.

The properties are:

* Sharon, Conn.: 11-acre world-class mountaintop retreat is a pinnacle overlooking the state forest. The property is available for viewing by appointment on Aug. 9.

* Brooklyn, New York: Waterfront Home with deep water dock in Mill Basin at 2654 National Drive. Opening bid is $700,000 with a certified or cashier's check in the amount of $70,000 required to buy. The home offers 4,000 SF of living space. Inspection dates are between noon to 2 p.m. on Aug. 10.

* Rego Park, NY: two-story, 100% leased commercial building at 91-10A 63rd Drive.
