Swig starts MCI at Sansome Street

SAN FRANCISCO, CA: Kent M. Swig, president of Swig Equities, LLC announced the commencement of a major capital improvement program at 450 Sansome Street, 16-story, 140,000 s/f multi-tenant office building located in the heart of Downtown San Francisco's Financial District.
The renovations include the addition of a newly-designed all-glass lobby, which will include a glass curtain wall spanning two stories in height and a new cantilevered aluminum-clad canopy that will identify the building on Sansome Street.
The building renovations and lobby re-design has been awarded to the San Francisco-based architectural design firm Mark Dziewulski Architects. DPM will be serving as the construction manager. 450 Sansome Street was designed and constructed in 1965 by architect Richard Hadley. It has been owned/managed/operated by Swig Equities since November 2004.
