Condolences to the family of Marvin Kratter, who died on October 24th at the age of 84 of pancreatitis. The real estate owner and developer built the apartments over the George Washington Bridge using air rights purchased from the Port Authority; created the first condominium in New York at the St.

Tropez at 360 East 64th;'turned Ebbetts Field into Mitchell-Lama apartments; and syndicated numerous buildings.
