DLJ Realty merges into CSFB

Credit Suisse First Boston announced last week that DLJ Realty Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. and a licensed real estate brokerage firm, is now fully integrated into Credit Suisse First Boston and operates as CSFB Realty Corp.

CSFB Realty will provide a full range of corporate real estate services, including tenant representation, landlord leasing, investment sales and advisory services for Credit Suisse First Boston, its subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as for clients of Credit Suisse First Boston and non-affiliated clients globally.

"The integration of CSFB Realty Corporation enhances our ability to meet the global real estate needs of our clients by combining the real estate expertise of CSFB Realty and the financial capabilities of Credit Suisse First Boston," said George P. Twill, President of CSFB Realty Corp. "As we have in the past, we will provide corporate clients with a comprehensive range of strategic real estate planning and lease transaction services. CSFB Realty is perfectly positioned to incorporate our services into the strategic real estate planning process of any global corporate client."

CSFB Realty's services are national in scope with regional offices in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta and San Francisco.

The newly announced CSFB Realty Corp. management team includes George P. Twill as President; Raj Vakharia as Managing Director, Corporate Real Estate Services; and John L. Young, Managing Director, New Business Development and Client Services. Officers in charge of CSFB Realty's national regions include Managing Director Drew O'Malley, New York; Managing Director J.D. Cook, Los Angeles; Managing Director Mike Duncan, Chicago; Managing Director Jim Koch, San Francisco and Director Bill Weghorst, Atlanta.
