Xpedite Systems Inc., a global leader in enhanced electronic messaging, has leased 90,000 square feet for a build-to-suit headquarters in Tinton Falls, N.J. Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc. in East Rutherford negotiated the long-term transaction that will allow Xpedite Systems to consolidate three facilities currently located in nearby Eatontown, N.J.

Townsend Capital LEG is constructing the two-story, first-class building which sits on an 8.5-acre tract. The structure includes custom features including a data center and state-of-the-art systems. It represents the first building in a planned corporate campus.
