Interior Architects, Inc. announced that Florence Reichenherg has been named managing principal in its New Jersey office.

Reichenberg has more than 25 years of experience in corporate real estate and interior design. Prior to joining Interior Architects, she worked at AT&T Global Real Estate, where she implemented numerous workplace design solutions.

Reichenberg holds a B.A. in design from the American University. She is the founder and chairperson of Somerset Hills Learning Institute, a private school that specializes in applied behavioral analysis.

Ware Malcomb announced that Todd Boyer has joined the firm as designer in its commercial group.

In his new position, Boyer will help initiate design concepts and prepare compute graphic presentation drawings.

Boyer holds a B.A. in architecture from Ohio State University and an MA. in architecture from Arizona State University.

Ware Malcomb announced that Lisa Luttrell has joined the firm as project manager of its interiors group.

Luttrell has more than 10 years of experience in commercial interior architecture and design. She has completed a variety of commercial office interior and tenant improvement projects.

Lutrell holds a B.A. in interior design from California State University.

Rockwood Realty Associates, LLC announced the appointment of Rachel Gilbert Solomon as associate in its New York office. In this capacity, Gilbert Solomon will be responsible for assisting in the analysis and marketing of investment properties.

Prior to joining Rockwood Realty, Gilbert Solomon served as vice president of business development at Save the Date, Inc. While there, she participated in the firm's national expansion program and oversaw the establishment of new offices.

Gilbert Solomon holds a B.S. in political science from the University of Vermont and an M.B.A. in finance from New York University.

The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide announced that Theodore Woodman has joined the firm as property manager. In his new position, Woodman will be responsible for the management of a diverse range of multi-story office and single-tenant industrial properties.

Woodman has more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience within the property management arena. Prior to joining The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide, he held various property management positions with the Mack-Cali Realty, GVA Williams of New Jersey, and GB Richard Ellis.

Woodman resides in Carteret, N.J.

All New York Title Agency announced that Erik A. Effros, Esq. has joined the firm as associate counsel in its White Plains office. In his new position, Effros will be responsible for title abstracts, contracts, and difficult or high-liability commercial transactions.

Effros has more than 16 years of underwriting experience. Prior to joining All New York Title Agency, he served as director of sales and public auctions for the City of New York.

Effros holds a B.A. in political science from SUNY at Albany and a J.D. from Brooklyn College Law School.

Gale & Wentworth announced the appointment of Lorraine B. Kucinski as director of the Gale & Wentworth Institute. In her new role, Kucinski will be responsible for designing, developing, and administering training programs for the Institute.

Previously, Kucinski served as managing director of Gale & Wentworth's management services division. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Essex County Vocational Schools.

Kucinski has real property administrator and facility management administrator designations. She is a past chairman of the Building Owners and Managers Institute International. Kucinski resides in Nutley, N.J. with her husband and two children.

Insignia/ESG announced that John Reinertsen has been promoted to the position of associate director.

Reinertsen has almost 20 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate. In his previous position as a director at Insignia/ESG, he specialized in real estate transactions in the outer boroughs of New York City. Before joining Insignia/ESG, Reinertsen was a partner at Henry Levien Real Estate, Inc.

Reinertsen holds a B.A. from Baruch College. He is a member of the Long Island City Business Development Corporation and the Real Estate Board of New York. He resides in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Prism Mortgage Company announced the appointment of David J. Matthews as president and chief operating officer. In his new position, Matthews will be responsible for the company's operations, including financial management, risk management, technology, and implementation of strategic operational initiatives.

Matthews has more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Prism Mortgage, he served as president and chief operating officer of Ultraprise.

Matthews holds a B.A. in history from Beloit College and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh Law School. He is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.

Prism Mortgage Company announced that Terry Rowland has been appointed as president of national sales. In his new position, Rowland will focus on expanding the company's retail mortgage lending division and further developing its net branching operations.
