Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, executive vice president, of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Leasing and Sales Division, have helped a Gold Coast mainstay, Park Avenue Cafe, retain its prime location at 575 Park Avenue.

The duo exclusively represented both the landlord and tenant in the lease renewal for 10,000 s/f of space.

One of Manhattan's most prominent Upper East Side addresses, 575 Park is situated at the southeast corner of 63rd Street and boasts an impressive roster of nearby retailers that includes Barney's, Bloomingdale's and Hermes, among others.
