The Corcoran Group announced the addition of Susan Sears as senior vice president of the Chelsea/Flatiron branch. Sears was a founding partner of Bascom and Sears Real Estate where she enjoyed a successful career for 15 years. Sears has maintained her status as a highly regarded forerunner in the downtown loft market for the past 20 years.
