IDRC honors Studley

Real Estate Weekly, Dec 27, 2000

National commercial real estate firm Julien J. Studley, Inc. was honored by the International Development Research Council (IDRC) for excellence in client service with the organization's William Dorsey Service Provider award. The award was presented at the IDRC's Fall World Congress in Orlando, Fla.

Site Selection magazine, the IDRC's signature publication, presented Studley with the award, which recognizes businesses that have excelled in their commitment to providing the highest level of service to their clients. The William Dorsey Service Provider Award takes its name from William Dorsey, a leading economic development official and site location strategy consultant at Fluor Daniel's Global Locations Strategies, who for 20 yeas played a key role in many of the world's leading businesses' most significant site projects.

Studley received the prestigious award in recognition of its tradition of exceptional client service and, in particular, for The Studley Experience section of its Web site. The Studley Experience allows the company's real estate professionals to customize a unique "Studley Experience" on-the-fly. The Studley Experience gives the viewer access to Studley's transactional experience, advanced market information, demographic analysis and communication technologies through a customized Web site. An invitation to the site is sent via e-mail, ensuring quick delivery and easy information retrieval.

"Client service has always been the central element of Studley's business strategy," said Julien J. Studley, CEO and chairman of Julien J. Studley, Inc. "We are proud to receive the William Dorsey Award, which represents the ideal client service model that Studley's staff and brokers continually strive to create with every transaction.

Site Selection's William Dorsey Service Provider Award is given out annually to a select group of businesses in the real estate services field. This group represents the full spectrum of brokerage and consulting firms active on the national and international levels.
