Skanska USA Building Inc. announced that Russell Sheppard has been appointed vice president of the firm. In his new position, Sheppard will be responsible for the Caribbean operations of the firm's science and technology division.
Sheppard has more than 20 years of experience in construction and engineering. Prior to joining Skanska USA, he served as project director with an international construction organization.
Sheppard holds a B.S. in construction management from the University of Nebraska.
