Nassimi Realty Corp. announced the purchase of a condominium at Brick Professional Plaza in Brick, N.J., for $6.56 million. The property contains 85,000 SF of office space.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates announced the sale of a 99-year ground lease at 128-132 Second Ave. in Brooklyn, N.Y. to Forest City Ratner. David Rosenberg, executive vice president of RKF, and Robert Futterman, chief executive officer, represented the seller, Millenium Partners, in the transaction.

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of 260 South 2nd Ave., an apartment building in Mount Vernon, N.Y., for $1.615 million. Kevin Salmon and Christian Ziegler, of Marcus & Millichap, represented both parties in the transaction.

CB Richard Ellis announced the sale of a 36,100 SF to-be-built facility at Stone Brook Technology Center in East Setauket, N.Y. to St. Charles Educational and Therapeutic Center. Ray Ruiz, of CB Richard Ellis, represented the landlord in the transaction.
