Garrick-Aug named agent for 102 Fifth

The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo, vice chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, managing director, has been appointed exclusive agent for 102 Fifth Ave., between 15th and 16th Streets, on the west side, in the Fashionable Flatiron District.

Presently Variazioni, there are approximately 2,000 SF, ground level and approximately 300 SF, mezzanine level. The frontage is approximately 30 linear feet.

Consolo begins: "At the time that the Flatiron Building went up, in 1902, that stretch of Fifth Avenue was part of a major shopping area, the famous Ladies' Mile and Fashion Row.

The Flatiron District became one of the most exciting and fashionable parts of the city.

But gradually, as time passed, retail moved north and the District went into a period of the doldrums which lasted until a decade ago, when it underwent a period of rebirth and rebuilding."
