180 Mulberry St. goes to Lansco

The Lansco Corporation has been named exclusive leasing agent for 400 SF of ground floor retail space at 180 Mulberry St., located between Spring and Kenmare Streets, in Nolita. The space is currently being occupied by True Petite.

"This address offers 10 feet of frontage in a prime Nolita location suitable for a variety of retailers," commented Director Cynthia Chapin of Lansco, who is marketing the space on behalf of the owners of True Petite, who have been very successful at the location and plan to move to a larger space.

Neighboring retailers include Malia Mills Boutique, Mommy Chic, Valentino Bathing Suits, Miss Sixty and John Fleuvog.
